EasyPicker App Support

This is the official support page for EasyPDF, EasyTranslate and EasyPdfEditor.

Before contacting support

Include the app name, Android version, app version, the operation you selected, file type and the exact error message. Do not email confidential documents unless specifically required and safe to share.

EasyPDF help

Choose the required tool, select the source file, enter the requested settings and download or save the result. Keep the original file as a backup. Very small compression targets may reduce quality.

EasyTranslate help

Add text or select a supported file/photo, choose the output language and start translation. Clear, straight photos improve OCR. Online translation, correction and speech require internet access.

EasyPdfEditor help

Open a PDF, choose the editing tool, tap the required word or page position, and use Undo/Redo if needed. Save As creates a new PDF, Word or JPEG file in Downloads/EasyOdfEditor. After saving, use WhatsApp to share the latest saved file. For scanned PDFs, run OCR before editing detected words.

Policies

EasyCutter

EasyCutter processes selected files locally in the browser to split them into numbered pieces or join selected EasyCutter pieces back together. EasyPicker does not need to upload the file contents to its server for this operation. Downloads, folder access and sharing are controlled by the browser/device, and users are responsible for keeping all pieces required to restore a split file.

New Android apps

EasyAPKExtractor

Find installed Android apps and save their APK files for backup or sharing.

Search the installed apps visible to the extractor, select an app and save its APK with your chosen filename. Saved files go to Downloads/EasyAPKExtractor. Share a saved file through WhatsApp or another compatible app.

EasyFacebookDownloader

Save supported Facebook videos and Reels to your Android device from a video link.

Paste a Facebook video or Reel link and use the app to find an available video for downloading. Choose a video filename, save to Downloads/EasyFacebookDownloader and share the saved video through WhatsApp or a compatible app.

FriendPicker support

FriendPicker connects private groups through Google sign-in, WhatsApp invitations, dated activities and voluntary location sharing. Read the step-by-step guide or download the Android APK.

Add a friend: Groups → Add friend · WhatsApp. Your friend opens the invitation, signs in and accepts; you approve under Friends waiting to join.
Google sign-in: after an error, try Choose another Google account or Sign-in help. Include the exact error, phone model, Android/app version and public signing details if requested. Do not send passwords, tokens or private keys.
Location: updates require consent, Android permission, the group switch ON and the app open. Last-known positions show a time and may be stale.
Notifications: check Android notification permission, sound/channel settings, internet and Do Not Disturb. SOS does not call emergency services or guarantee help.
