How to Use EasyTranslate

Follow these steps in order. This section is designed so a new user can use every feature without guessing.

1

Add your text

Type or paste text, or choose a PDF, Word (.docx), PowerPoint (.pptx), TXT file, or photo. For a paper document, use Scan / Click Photo; the page is auto-cropped when document edges are detected, then OCR reads the text.

2

Choose output

Select English — Correct Grammar & Spelling to improve English. Otherwise choose the language you want. The source language is detected automatically by the translation service.

3

Translate / Correct

Press TRANSLATE / CORRECT. Long text remains scrollable. Use CLEAR whenever you want a clean box for a new paste or file.

4

Read and zoom

Review the result in the output box. Use − / + to decrease or increase the output text size. The output box scrolls independently.

5

Listen

Choose Default, Female or Male and Slow, Medium or Fast. Press Play / Stop. Play All Again restarts from the beginning.

6

Save your work

Type the file name you want. Use Save Word for a .docx result, or Save Speech WAV for generated audio.

Tip: Scanned PDFs and photos may take longer because OCR reads the image content. Clear, straight, well-lit photos give better OCR results.

1. Add or attach any language text

The text box scrolls independently for long text.

2. Choose output

3. Result

Scroll inside this box to read long results.
